Jason & Alfie!!! |
| On August
20, 2005, our family celebrated the marriage of my older brother
Jason Ma to his fiance Alfie Jose. After meeting in college at San
Francisco State Univ, enduring time apart due to graduate school
and residency, it was awesome to see the two of them finally get
married. Wednesday night family dinner's just got more interesting.
It was a beautiful wedding with lots of chinese, and filipino culture
added to it. Jason shocked me with his newly learnt dance moves
during the newlywed's first dance. We even had a huge all attendee
love circle formed and dosey-do around the couple! It was just too

| Finally,
I am going on vacation and boy am I excited. My sister, brother-in-law
and I will be venturing to the other side of the world for our travel
filled tour of (a section) Europe. We'll be stopping off to visit
some friends, eat some delicious chocolate and do a little shopping!
It'll be all of our first time over there so we're packing it all
in. Who knows we might even see some snow in the Swiss Alps. I've
got my passport in hand- I just love those stamps. Stay tuned for

Labor
Day Roadtrip to Ribs!!!

| Mmmmmm,Mmmmmmm,Mmmmmmmm-
really finger licking good! R+S and C+M headed up to Reno for a
fun spontaneous Labor Day weekend. The main event the Nugget Rib-Cookoff!
This is where the four of us shared a sampler plate of about 12
different types of ribs. The contestants face off to see who has
the best ribs, the bbq sauce and other tasty choices. The best amongst
the four was Butch's Smack Your Lips BBQ and his wonderful Super
Pyro BBQ sauce. All this complete with double dose of Awful Awful
Burgers! |
