This movie is
a great semi documentry of the life of the Emperor Penguin. It
gives us an sense of what its like down in Antartica. I mean have
any of us really considered taking trip out there? Its a feel
good movie about love and family. Beware though the main characters
don't "talk" much. There is a nice narration by a famous
movie star.

Bring it back
home. Coach Carter is a movie about well, Coach Carter from our
very own Richmond, California and his surprising tough love style
of coaching the Richmond High Boy's Basketball team. I admit,
I wasn't that interested in seeing this movie, but in the end
I really liked it. It had good meaning and its always nice to
know the movie reflects actual (local) lives.

Remember all
those chinese movies that always end in as a tradegy. Well House
of Sand and Fog is similar to this. Taken from two seperate live
events the author of the book combines stories to creat a bestseller
novel. The movie as well was very nicely done. It may seem laborious
to watch but it sets a stage for the atmosphere of the movie.
